Families of all different ages attend church and many churches are still conservative, so make sure to dress appropriately. You should eliminate backless or low-cut dresses, spaghetti straps, tank tops, or anything that shows your midriff.^[1]

• God cares less about how you're dressed than he cares about you being in church. If all you have is jeans and a T-shirt, just wear that. Most likely, no one will say anything to you about your clothes.
• Make sure you know the dress code and try to follow it in your own way. If you normally wear darker clothes with a goth style, you could still wear a dark blouse and a darker pair of jeans.
