The best way to deal with someone who constantly asks you personal questions is to ask them why they want to know. It really is that simple, folks. Depending on what answer they give, it's at that point you have the option to proceed or not. You don't have to answer anything that you don't want to.
It's a first step in solving problems. It makes us more successful as leaders. People who ask a lot of questions tend to be more engaged in their lives, more fulfilled, and happier.
